Enjoy fine cuisine and good company when you are collected and taken to a local hotel for an exclusive ‘Border Pursuits’ supper party. You can be assured that your meal will be extremely enjoyable and might include; home made game terrine with red onion marmalade followed by home braised lamb shank with a rich wine root vegetable sauce and local seasonal vegetables, vegetarian options are always available.
After great hospitality and having shared your day’s experiences together you will be collected and returned to your accommodation at the end of the evening.
