Border Outdoor Pursuits can offer your organisation a fantastic weekend or midweek break designed to help forge team spirit.
Our breaks incorporate fun activities with fine food and are particularly suited to organisations and companies who wish their employees or partners to share a great experience in the Borders; couples are especially welcome.
Team building challenges can be used in conjunction with other activities to create a varied team building day, alternatively a series of problem solving tasks set in a fun, relaxing environment away from workplace pressures can be great as a stand alone event. The accomplishment of these tasks can be exceptionally beneficial in highlighting how work related obstacles can be overcome by pulling together.

Raft Building
Raft building is a great team building event, guaranteed to be brilliantly funny
Raft building is just one of the many activities that can be used to promote team spirit and develop cooperation. If you think your team can create a floating raft using only the limited resources, we’d be pleased to let you try.

In teams you'll be given only life jackets and the bare essentials to build your raft; barrels, poles and rope!
Raft building requires creativity, initiative and teamwork, after which, you will have to put faith in your workmanship; is it going to float? And is it going to stay in one piece?
